I'm Kassandra, a Senior UX Researcher and Designer who helps organizations create intuitive, human-centered experiences through research, strategy, design, and visual storytelling.

My work sits at the intersection of user research, product design, branding, and visual communication. Whether I'm designing digital products, building websites, developing brand identities, or creating illustrations, every decision is grounded in understanding people; how they think, what they need, what captures their attention, and what motivates them to act.

Over the past eight years, I've specialized in translating user insights into thoughtful experiences that balance business goals with user needs. My background spans UX research, interaction design, information architecture, design systems, visual design, and product strategy, allowing me to approach problems from both a strategic and execution-focused perspective.

I've spent my career studying how people think, what captures their attention and how meaningful experiences are created.

I've spent more than eight years understanding how people perceive information, make decisions, and interact with digital products. I was among the first employees at Bird during its rapid growth, where I experienced firsthand what it takes to build something from the ground up in a fast-moving environment. Later, I single-handedly designed and developed the first iOS Watch app for Theragun, creating a hands-free IoT experience for users.

Whether I'm conducting user research, designing product experiences, or defining product direction, my goal is always the same: to help people tell their story in a way that feels authentic, memorable, and human.
